Rail Cargo Logistics - Hungaria Kft.

Rail Cargo Logistics - Hungaria Kft. is the Hungarian freight forwarding subsidiary on rail of the Rail Cargo Group. Being a complete logistics provider, we offer our customers tailor-made rail logistics solutions – whether for block train, single wagon or intermodal transports in import, export and transit relations. Next to rail freight transport, we provide the professional handling of first and last mile on the road.

The dispatcher centre in Budapest Ferencváros – a hub for sustainable freight transport – offers optimal support for wagon management, add-on services and efficient warehouse logistics. Customer proximity through our offices in Kiskunhalas, Záhony, Jászberény enable individual, flexible and even more efficient customer service - factors that are decisive for success.

Rail Cargo Operator - Hungaria Kft.

Rail Cargo Operator - Hungaria Kft. provides regular intermodal train connections (TransFER) between European economic regions and ports. Apart from Austria, we offer logistics solutions in four countries – Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany – in accordance with the demands of forwarding, transportation and shipping companies. The services include the handling of continental block trains, as well as the organisation of transports to major European ports.

Unaccompanied combined traffic represents the largest part of the services by transporting large containers, swap-bodies and semi-trailers – as well as in block trains and in single wagons. For the clients, Rail Cargo Operator - Hungaria Kft. also undertake the organisation of pre- and post-carriages on the road (door to door).

Rail Cargo Terminal - BILK Zrt.

Rail Cargo Terminal - BILK Zrt. Is the biggest terminal for combined transport in Hungary. The main role of the terminal in BILK (Budapesti Intermodális Logisztikai Központ – Intermodal Logistics Centre in Budapest) is handling consignments for combined transport, specifically transshipment from road to rail and rail to road. It is therefore a central hub for strategic combined transport in Europe.

Rail Cargo Terminal - BILK Zrt. provides its customers and partners with complex terminal services and also the entire range of logistics services through close cooperation with the other RC subsidiaries. Investments are continually being made in modern infrastructure and equipment and the service portfolio expanded so that we can provide our customers with significant, top quality logistics services.

Rail Cargo Carrier Kft.

Rail Cargo Carrier Kft., based in Budapest, provides international traction services. Next to Hungary, Rail Cargo Carrier is operating in ten countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Greece). The carrier network connects among others the industrial centres of the North Sea with the Adriatic Sea and the Black Sea. We offer top quality international traction services with multi-system locomotives and run block trains through several countries across Europe with the benefit of not having to change the traction vehicle.

Technical Services Hungaria Jármüjavitó Kft.

Technical Services Hungaria Jármüjavitó Kft. is responsible for complete servicing management of the Hungarian freight wagon fleet and forms the centre of excellence among Hungary’s workshops for rail vehicles. The Miskolc site in north-eastern Hungary is one of the most important players on the Hungarian market when it comes to repairing and modernising railway freight cars and designing and manufacturing new freight cars.
