The best photos from transport logistic 2023

From the exuberant RCG Get-together to the moving handover of the RFF chairmanship: here are the best moments from Munich.

Expectations were high because transport logistic was held on site in Munich for the first time since 2019. For the long-awaited comeback, ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) developed a sustainable booth concept called "Freight Forest", which delighted the visitors. The special thing about it: important elements of the booth, including pallets, iron-bar boxes or entire containers were already in use before transport logistic and will also be reused after dismantling. This also applies to the plants and trees, which will be collected again by a nursery.

The sustainable concept was also a topic of discussion with our customers and numerous partners. Over a total of four days, numerous successful discussions were held and existing business relationships were further strengthened. The supporting programme also had many highlights to offer.

Press conferences, expert talks and a great Get-Together

There were many trade fair highlights from RCG's point of view. First, there was the announcement of the cooperation between RCG and Ukrainian Railways and the resulting TransFER Vienna–Kyiv, which is important for the whole of Europe. The handover of the Rail Freight Forward chairmanship from RCG CEO Clemens Först to Sigrid Nikutta, CEO of DB Cargo, also generated a lot of interest at the fair and in the media. The secret highlight for many, however, was definitely the RCG Get-Together, where the second day of the fair came to an end in a relaxed atmosphere.

See you next time in Munich!

The next transport logistic will take place from 2 to 5 June 2025 in Munich. If you click through our photo gallery, you can at least shorten the time until then a little.
