To set up your account, please complete the request form and the MIKE Terms of Use, sign both documents and send these by e-mail to system.tma@railcargo.com.

On the request form you can choose between different features to customise MIKE to your needs.

• MIKE Ordering Empty wagons – Order empty wagons with ease and flexibility.
• MIKE Ordering Transport – Create transport orders and bookings with just a few clicks.
• MIKE Tracking – Track your consignments any time.
• MIKE Ready to pull – Register your wagons as ready for collection.
• MIKE Capacity Planning – Plan both capacity and wagon resources continuously and across the company.

By signing the MIKE Terms of Use, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). You can also appoint a company administrator. In future, this person will be responsible for creating, deleting and managing user accounts for your company in MIKE. Please note that this feature is currently not available.
