This TransFER begins in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi province, and travels to the RCG Terminal BILK in Budapest via Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Poland and Slovakia.  This is not only an important RCG TransNET junction, but also a central hub for conventional and intermodal traffic to and from Central and Southeast Europe that enables environmentally friendly onward distribution by rail. The frequency of departures for imports to Budapest can be increased further with this additional TransFER connection between Xi'an and Budapest, and it also provides a transport solution for exporting goods from Hungary to China.
